I can't believe it! Blogger actually uploaded a photo. Here's parrot. He's got a long ways to go - but we're started. I found a down side to moving art into study - no ventilation. I'm having to quit a while, open window and work later, me head's spinning from the turps.

Cool parrot! Did you see the one dancing to the Backstreet Boys on YouTube? Parrots are funny!
And toxic fumes are EVIL! I got high as a kite the other day stripping the paint on the fireplace. I felt nauseous all day. On the plus side, I kept winning at Scrabble. It's like the fumes sharpened my faculties or something. Now my head's stopped spinning, I'm getting caned. :(
OH Gardenia he's beautiful. Take your time with him. I have to say I cant even draw so this is amazing when I see someone else painting away something this beautiful.
Love the bird! It is already beautiful!
I haven't had any trouble uploading photos here. It's worked like a breeze all the time!
-sharpened brain? I think I shall go look for a high stakes poker game........
thanks - he is pretty, will be nicer after the yellow feathers get put on - but while I was gazing at him I realized his body needs shortened. Oh well, painting is solving problems.
The parrot is gorgeous!
I can't wait to see the finished product.
Drat, I did not think about ventilation b/c I use acrylics. I am sorry. Maybe a small fan in the window? Or, if you get that window a/c unit? Hmmm.
Anyway, Parrot is beautiful. WOW, you have really gotten a lot done on him. Dapper thing he is.
Open windows and a fan are good ventilation - also when I get on the east side of town, I'm looking for odor free turpentine. Although the odor keeps the cats out of their favorite room, which is ok with me!
