Some of those songs are my favs. I love Del Shannon. The Beach Boys, Jan and Dean...oh, they were the best. I love the oldies. I used to listen to them when I was a kid...

With the exception of #12 and #24, I like your '63 list better than my '74 list.
Wasn't it fun associating our memories with the songs on the list?

I'm surprise that I know so many of these songs. Great list! Surprised that Bob Dylan's songs are on it in covers, but not him singing them. Maybe he broke out the following year or two.

It's fun to look back at the music of our youth and the associations it conjures.
