An Evening in New Orleans

Crossing of the lake into New Orleans. The water was sparkling. The bridge was under construction and knowing that it is a construction survivor of Katrina, it was also scary.

Candy and company met me in the courtyard of the hotel. I haven't put in any closeup photos yet as I feel I should have permission of the people in the photos and I forgot to ask!

Candy is in forefront with the orchestra behind her.

Candy instantly puts people at ease, and if I ever went on vacation, I would like her to be my planner! The energy that she and Stagg have is amazing.

Puppy, one of these days a walking tour would be in order, yes! Did one once, where we walked by Ann Rice's house - awesome! Saw her in person, but didn't approach as her husband had just passed away. She was in her garden. No, no place like NOLA - ever. Interesting.
